What area to you cover? Bicester and the surrounding areas (within a 15 mile radius). How do I make a booking? Either by email using the above link, filling out our new online booking form or phone us on 01869 324699. If you fill out the online booking form and insert your email address, you'll also receive a copy of your booking back into your inbox as verification of what you have submitted to us. We check our emails EVERY day. If we are not in, leave a number on our answer machine and we really will call you back as soon as we return. We don’t want to miss out on your business! What if i need to cancel a booking? We don’t ask for a deposit, so you lose nothing. We should however be grateful if you would provide us with as much notice as possible. Are there any age limits on the inflatables? All our inflatables are suitable for children. We also have an inflatable suitable for all ages from grandson to grandad! Do you hire out overnight? If necessary, and the timings can be conveniently arranged, but we charge a £20 overnight fee. Are the units safe in the rain? They are fine in a light shower, but the castles get slippery when wet and this can be very dangerous. We don't charge a cancellation fee, but ask that you ring us as early as possible to inform us of a cancellation.
